Arthur Hill Development

This multi-residential development provides 15 units in total, comprising a mixture of one, two and three bedroom units, sensitively integrated within a listed building façade.

The buildings have an extremely low energy footprint and are designed to ‘Passivhaus’ standards, resulting in a net zero carbon development.

Extremely low energy use is achieved via the incorporation of very high levels of thermal insulation, the use of 'air source' heat pump heating and hot water generation and roof mounted photo voltaic panels.
