West Dean College

ION were part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the extensive re-roofing of this Grade 1 listed property. The project included the replacement of ageing M&E services, a new primary power supply to the College to increase capacity, rationalisation of underground drainage, new heating and kitchen ventilation services.

New feature LED lighting was provided to the principle external elevations to provide sympathetic illumination whilst balancing the dark skies requirements of the South Downs National Park.
